The Faces of Powder White:
People often ask us: Is it all about the staff? The answer is invariably yes... Our recruitment team in the UK do all they can to select the very best people from thousands of applications. Our interview and training process is rigorous and only the best will get through. We are lucky that, compared to many of our competitors, we are employing a relatively small amount of seasonal staff therefore we can afford to be choosy and put our faith in our front-line staff who, as we all know, can be the make or break of your holiday. They will offer a genuine customer care, professionalism and a friendly helping hand when needed. They understand the importance of attention to detail, knowledge and the ability to be calm under pressure.
Our Representatives in Resort:
Resort Managers: Hold responsibility for the resort and guest welfare. They will have significant relevant experience either in or outside the Ski industry.
Resort Product Coordinators: Are responsible for ensuring the Powder White Product is supplied in full and to the standards required.
Chalet Hosts: Will run either their own property or work with one other person. We generally do not employ qualified chefs, our staff are employed for their capabilities in home cooking and for having the right approach to hosting a chalet.
Driver/Maintenance Man: Responsible for resort transfers & driving and overseeing all maintenance issues in our Chalets Programme.

The ski knowledge built amongst our Founders and UK staff is second to none and with over 50 ski seasons between us, we really do believe we can offer the best advice and provide the correct answer to any question. This in-depth knowledge is paramount to the organisation of your holiday and will be used to put together the most suitable and best tailor-made itinerary to suit you.
