Every member of staff we employ is carefully selected for their friendliness, being capable and professional and most importantly, for having a real understanding of genuine customer care. They have a flair for entertaining and a genuine love of food and whilst they may not necessarily be qualified chefs, they have first-hand experience of dinner party catering and a welcoming, flexible and friendly nature.
With a higher ratio of staff to guest than you may usually find, each chalet is privately-run and your chalet hosts will be responsible for dealing with guests' every request in order to make your holiday flow smoothly and allow maximum skiing time and enjoyment. They will be on hand to arrange everything from private guides to heli-skiing or from booking mountain restaurants to private nannies.
All our staff complete a rigorous training programme and undergo a stringent Food Hygiene recognised qualification. They are encouraged to manage their chalet as if it were their own home and through the professional and loyal performance they provide, the feedback we receive each season is second to none.
