With a ski area as huge as Verbier and the 4 Valleys, the region offers everyone a wide variety of slopes for absolutely everyone.

Despite general belief, beginners are now really well catered for due to the lift updates that have been carried out in Verbier over the last few years and they can now get access to vast areas of the full Four Valleys.  By trying different runs whilst staying in the general vicinity of Verbier, intermediate skiers can take on nearly all the marked slopes and for those in the advanced league, you should try the area's great classics like Mont-Fort, Tortin and Mont-Gele.

Verbier is legendary for its outstanding skiing and cosmopolitan lifestyle.  Positioned on a sun-drenched south-west facing plateau, the town centre retains a special charm from the chalet-style buildings that give it a large Alpine village feel in its own natural setting.  The apres-ski and nightlife is one of Verbier's great draws and amongst numerous bars and restaurants, you should try favourites such as Chez Dani, Casbah and of course the infamous Farm Club.  Resort activities are plentiful and range from an English cinema, fantastic sports centre with indoor swimming pool, ice-skating, curling and squash to a number of Wellness Centres in which to enjoy massages, solarium or sauna.
