The classic Carlton Hotel enjoys a prime location offering panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Having first opened its doors in 1913, this winter only hotel has emerged from a recent multi-million dollar renovation in a way that redefines the concept of luxury. The accommodation is masterminded by interior designer Carlo Rampazzi and faces the St Moritz Lake and Swiss Alps.
The hotel has two gourmet restaurants: the Restaurant Romanoff where can guests can thrive on fine dining and the da Vittorio restaurant, run by the Cerea brothers and offering Michelin starred cuisine focusing on Lombardic specialties. The extensive spa area at the Carlton Hotel, spread over 3 levels totaling 1,200m2, is the leading spa in Engadine and features an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna area and six treatment rooms - truly the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate after a long day.
The spacious junior suites and suites start from 35m2 in size and all offer majestic alpine views, decorated in luxurious fabrics and featuring soft armchairs and sofas with large bathrooms.
