What the Position involves:
- Ensuring that our guests benefit from the highest possible service with a 'Nothing is too much trouble' ethic
- Preparing cooked & continental breakfasts, sumptuous afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapes and 4-course evening meals
- Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and compliable with hygiene regulations at all times
- Laying the tables to the Powder White standard for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
- Oversee & take overall responsibility for the cleanliness of your chalet with the help of a Chalet Assistant (where applicable)
- Involvement in full chalet changeover on arrivals/departures day with the help of a Chalet Assistant (where applicable)
- Shopping, managing your own shopping/ordering list and carrying out weekly stock-takes
- Budgeting and controlling chalet float completing weekly accounts returns
- Maintaining sufficient stocks of dried goods, bathroom accessories, cleaning materials and selection of wines
- Booking restaurants and taking responsibility for smooth delivery of guest ski passes, helping with skire hire and tuition

Salary for these positions is very competitve and the overall package can equate to £17k per annum pro rata.
