Courchevel Resort Guide
Courchevel is a French classic which oozes sophistication and for many years has been a hotspot for the super rich – particularly in Courchevel 1850, the highest and more elitist of the four villages that make up Courchevel (1850, 1650, 1550 and 1300 Le Praz).
The resort sits in the Three Valleys, the largest skiable area in the world, which includes Courchevel’s very accessible neighbour Meribel. The last few years has seen an increase in the younger, cooler crowd attracted to the vast expanse and atmosphere of this cosmopolitan resort.
Whether or not you are rich and famous, with 600 kilometres of well maintained pistes there is a piece of this winter playground for every skier, from beginner to off piste extremist - it is very difficult to get bored here.
