L'Etolie
Located just above Les Menuires L'Etolie is one of the better mountain restaurants, friendly service, excellent food and reasonably priced. Patrick the chef will produce exquisite traditional French cuisine, using recipes passes down from his grandmother. You can sit and enjoy your fine food whilst admiring the panoramic view down the valley from the beautiful sun terrace. The restaurant decor is similar to that of a traditional French chalet, made form stone and wood, this charming little restaurant is well worth a visit.

Le Grand Lac
Situated at the bottom of the Granges chair, visitors praise this restaurant. The restaurant boasts a beautiful sun terrace, which provides exquisite views across the valley. It has a large but cosy and welcoming interior with a central log fire and exposed beams, making it an ideal stopping point on those cold snowy days. The menu includes traditional Savoyard cuisine and their salad nicoise is well renowned. They are also famous for their chocolat chaud which comes in at about 6 inches high with all the cream. The restaurant serves superb food in beautiful surroundings and you can expect to pay around €12 for a main course.

L'Alpage
At the higher altitude the Alpage, on the 4 Vents piste, offers excellent food and a very efficient self-service. This cosy chalet style restaurant has masses of wood and Savoyard atmosphere, as well as exceptional food which are reasonably priced. The restaurant is ideally located, from here you can ski back to Les Menuires or directly into Val Thorens.

Le Panoramic
Situated in La Masse at Pointe de la Masse at the top of the Masse 2 bubble. This is a self-service restaurant that has a wide selection of dishes to choose from including hearty dishes such as lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise, as well as traditional French cuisine. The main attraction is as the name suggests the panoramic view from the sun terrace, from here you can see all across the Three Valleys. It does get quite breezy if you are sat outside, but it is worth a visit if simply for the amazing view.

Les Sonnailles
Situated on the Boulevard Cumin run, which is the track that runs in the bottom of the valley from Val Thorens down to Les Menuires. This is a great little restaurant which produces tasty cheap meals, with a sunny terrace and a lovely view of the Plan de L'Eau and the Boismint sector of Val Thorens above. There are even swings and a Wendy house for the children to have fun.

L'Ours Blanc
This is a beautiful hotel restaurant in les Menuires Reberty facing the beautiful mountains of Val Thorens. The food is superb and the pizzas are well renowned, and very reasonably priced. This is a brilliant restaurant to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the sun whilst enjoying excellent cuisine that will not break the bank.

Au Coin de feu
This is a cosy little traditional restaurant situated next to the bus station just below the tourist office. They serve up the French Savoyard speciality 'tariflette', they are baked in an open fireplace and slathered with the topping of your choice. The open fire place adds to the restaurants inviting ambience.

Le K
This is a gourmet restaurant situated in the Hotel Kaya, where dinner is a top-rated affair. The food that the chef produces are culinary creations. Le K offers fabulous food including some exquisite wines to match. The prices however match the quality of the food, so it isn't a cheap night out.

La Ferme de Reberty
In Reberty 2000, the restaurant has a welcoming interior which opens onto a large terrace on the slopes and has an extensive dinner menu. The restaurant takes reservations for a 7pm or 9:30pm seating. This is thought of as one of the top three places to eat in Les Menuires. In the centre of the restaurant is a large open fireplace, adding to the cosy ambiance of the restaurant. The menu mixes traditional Savoyard cuisine with modern culinary delights. The food not only tastes amazing but it is also beautifully presented.

La Marmite du Geant
This restaurant serves great food in a modern, rustic setting near the ice skating rink. If you are looking to try traditional Savoyard cuisine in a more relaxed atmosphere this is an excellent choice. They serve up tasty French dishes including fondues, raclettes and the very popular tartiflette.

La Potiniere
This is one of only a few restaurants in Les Menuires that caters for families, serving excellent family meals. The menu includes pizzas, Savoyard specialities and a selection of fish dishes. All the food is reasonably priced, making this place very popular so it is worth booking ahead to ensure you get a table.
