Activities in Meribel

Meribel, like all other ski resorts, is mainly about skiing, but Meribel does have plenty of alternatives for those non skiers or those looking for something extra. There are some fantastic facilities in the Olympic Sports Centre, built for the 1992 Olympic Games and recently refurbished.
As you can see there are plenty of non skiing activities to have a go at and whatever you decide to do it will only add to your chalet or hotel holiday in Meribel.  If you would like further details on any of the activities please do call our UK Operations team on +44 (0) 20 8877 8882 and they will be more than happy to help.
Walking or Snow Shoeing - Enjoy nature and the fresh air you get at high altitude

There are many scenic walks around Meribel and Mottaret as well as the neighbouring valley of Courchevel and La Tania, which the pedestrian pass covers.  In fact Mottaret has walks into a nature reserve where no skiers are allowed. This also offers non skiers the chance to meet up with friends and family for lunch at the mountain restaurants.  You can take a guide on snow shoes with ESF (Ecole de Ski Francais)
