Verbier Resort Information & FAQ's
WiFi Access out and about
There is WiFi available in our chalets, but if you prefer to be out and about there is free access to the internet at the Tourism Offices and most hotels and bars offer WiFi. You can even find it in many of the mountain restaurants in the 4 Valleus. Most bars advertise their WiFi in their windows and require a code - it is always a good idea to buy a drink if you are using their WiFi.
Pistes & Connectability
There are several large car parks in Verbier. The main ones are Parking de l'Hermitage (Place Centrale) and Parking Perrin in Patier at the Centre Sportif. These are payable locally and the First hour is usually free then an hourly charge thereafter, payable in automated machines situated at the parking entrance. If you plan to drive, please check with us if there is a space attached to your chalet, and whether this is free.
You will not need to pay to use the ski buses, as they are provided free of charge throughout the season – even if you do not ski. This means that you can also travel in the evening to other parts of the resort, without worrying about how you are going to get home. Buses run up until Midnight on certain routes, but only for peak weeks, so it is always best to check the individual stops for timings.
We can organise a private transfer for your journeys to and from the train station or airport, however if you are looking to travel further than a free bus will take you, or in the early hours of the morning here are a list of local taxis that can assist you.
If you would like to have a chat about the resort with one of our team, please call our office on +44 (0) 20 8877 8888 and we will gladly share our knowledge of Verbier with you.
