1. Deposit: 30% of full balance at time of booking, payable by debit/credit card (no charge) on chalet bookings.  Hotel bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the holiday value. Signed booking form required as confirmation and deposits are non-refundable.
2. Balance: payable 12 weeks before departure.
3. Payment Methods: Via a) Visa/Mastercard (2.5% handling fee on balance payments & ski pack payments), b) Debit Card (no charge), c) Cheque made payable to Powder White Ltd or d) Direct Transfer.
4. Early Booking & Group Discounts: applicable to direct brochure-priced bookings only.
5. Children: 10% discount aged 12 & under. Only applicable to fully-catered holidays.
6. Infants: £100 nominal charge if aged under 2 and using a cot. Highchairs available on request.
7. Additional Beds/Mattresses: Adults & children are charged at 50% of the adult bed rate on catered holidays.  On self-catered holidays, 50% of the pro rata'd per person rate will be charged.
8. Empty Beds:  On catered holidays are charged at the 50% for the first empty bed and 65% for the second empty bed.  Maximum of one empty bed allowed in 6 person chalets and 2 empty beds in 8-12 person chalets.Empty Beds will be charged at the full adult price for holidays on the weeks commencing 27th December 2008 and 14th February 2009.
9. Tourist Tax: Is included in our chalet holidays but are not included in hotel bookings.  This is payable at the local rate directly to the hotel in resort.
10. Internet (broadband in most properties but please check with us when booking): charged at local rate on Powder White computers only.
11. Walkie-Talkies: one set of 4 per chalet, pre-bookable at £25 per set.
12. Playstation 2:  available to pre-book at £25 per week. 
13. Babysitting: subject to availability and charged at local rate.
14. Special Requests: should be arranged through our office before departure.
15. Wine:  Specially selected red and white wines served shortly before and during dinner.
16. Beers & Mixers: available in the chalets and charged for in resort.

When you have decided which week is the best option, call us for prices and an availability check.  For your information, www.powderwhite.com is kept absolutely up to date so the latest availability will be as shown on the site.    On confirmation of your booking, we will require a signed booking form (see attached) from the party leader and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of full balance. This will ensure the chalet or hotel room is held for you until 10 weeks before departure at which point the balance of the holiday is payable.
