1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, reservations and contracts relating to all accommodations and other facilities that are rented by the Hotel Astoria in Seefeld.
1.2 In these terms and conditions, the term "tenant" means: the person who concludes a contract with Hotel Astoria relating to the rental / use of the accommodation or other services. The term "user" means: the renter and the persons indicated by the renter who use (rent) the accommodation and / or other facilities rented by the renter.
1.3 These terms and conditions are valid regardless of your (previous) reference to any terms and conditions or to other terms and conditions. Hotel Astoria rejects all terms and conditions to which you refer or are used by you.
1.4 Agreements deviating from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been determined in writing.
2.1 Hotel Astoria only processes reservations made by persons 18 years of age or older. Reservations of younger persons are therefore not valid.
2.3 Should Hotel Astoria process your reservation, you will receive a written confirmation (invoice included) within 14 days of the reservation. Please check this immediately after receipt for correctness. Any errors must be reported immediately to the Hotel Astoria.
2.4 If you have not received a written confirmation / invoice within 14 days of the reservation, please contact the reservation department immediately. Failure to do so will not entitle you to the reservation.
2.5. Between the Hotel Astoria and you, a contract is concluded at the moment in which the Hotel Astoria has sent you the written confirmation, at the same time invoice.
2.6. The contract covers the rental of the accommodation and / or other recreational facilities, which are of a limited nature in nature.
3.1 Should you wish to make changes after conclusion of the contract, Hotel Astoria is not obliged to accept them. It is up to the hotel Astoria to decide if and to what extent the changes will be accepted. In the event that Hotel Astoria accepts your changes, Hotel Astoria may charge you for the costs of the changes.
4.1 The subcontractor, the renter and other users - regardless of the name and for whatever reason - are not permitted to lend the rented accommodation to persons other than those named in the contract, unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the Hotel Astoria ,
4.2 If you and the Hotel Astoria have agreed to replace you and / or one or more users, you will remain with the hotel and / or other users replacing you and / or other users with the Hotel Astoria for payment of the balance due Part of the rental amount, the change costs (see Art. 3.1) and any additional costs due to the replacement and eventual cancellation costs.
5.1 You owe the hotel Astoria the agreed rental price, as mentioned in the written confirmation (at the same time invoice) of the reservation. If the costs of Hotel Astoria (staff, energy, taxes, etc.) have been demonstrably and unexpectedly increased after the conclusion of the contract, Hotel Astoria is entitled to increase the prices and charge you the increased price. If this price increase is made within 3 months after the contract has been concluded, the price increase will not exceed 5% of the previously agreed price. In addition, you have the right to cancel (cancel) the contract for this reason.
5.2 Price reductions and / or special offers can not be used after the booking confirmation has been sent by the Hotel Astoria.
6.1 In addition to the rent, any taxes, such as sales tax and contributions to other duties, will be incurred by you / the renter.
7.1 Rental prices up to € 250, - increased by the invoiced costs, you must pay directly at the time of reservation. If the rental price exceeds € 250, you will have to make a down payment of 30% with a minimum of € 250, - increased by administrative costs and insurance premiums. Payments of the above amounts must be made within 14 days from the date of the confirmation (at the same time invoice) of the reservation by Hotel Astoria.
7.2 The remaining amount of the rental amount must be received by Hotel Astoria no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Hotel Astoria, as stated on the reservation confirmation.
7.3 If you book within 8 weeks of starting your stay, you must pay the full amount of your reservation. For a telephone reservation, the amount must be paid within 14 days of the date of the confirmation / invoice.
7.4 If the amounts invoiced to you are not paid in time, you are in default after the payment period has expired. In this case, the Hotel Astoria will offer you in writing the possibility to pay the amount due within 7 days. In the event of failure to pay, Hotel Astoria reserves the right to cancel (cancel) the contract on receipt of the day after the 7-day period has expired. In this case, you will be liable for all damages that the Hotel Astoria will suffer or suffer as a result, including any costs incurred by Hotel Astoria in connection with your reservation and the cancellation of the contract. Hotel Astoria definitely has the right to charge the cancellation fee per accommodation. In this case, the provisions of Article 13 are applicable.
7.5 The Hotel Astoria has the right at any time to charge all claims against you against the amounts already paid by you.
8.1 The rented accommodation can be obtained on the agreed day, as stated on the reservation confirmation, from 15.00 clock. On the agreed departure day, the accommodation must be vacated before 11.00 am, as stated on the reservation confirmation.
8.2 If you wish to continue the contract with Hotel Astoria for a longer than agreed period and Hotel Astoria hereby agrees, Hotel Astoria is entitled to assign you another accommodation at any time.
8.3 Should the use of the accommodation and / or other facilities be terminated before the agreed date on the reservation confirmation, the renter is not entitled to a refund of the rent (part of the rental price) and / or costs.
9.1 All guests must comply with the rules set by the Hotel Astoria for the accommodation. These are recorded in the information brochure. This brochure will be sent to you upon arrival at Hotel Astoria.
9.2 In accordance with local regulations, upon request, you are required to present yourself at check-in. If guests are unable to provide identification, Hotel Astoria can not or should not accommodate guests.
9.3 Each accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons mentioned in the brochure / website for the relevant accommodation.
9.4 Hotel Astoria reserves the right to make changes to the organization and opening hours of the hotel's facilities. As part of the required maintenance, you will be entitled, without any right of refund, to work during your stay at the property or other facilities.
9.5. The renter must deliver the property swept clean (so: do not leave a dirty washing up and empty kitchen and fridge).
9.6 In the event of a breach of the rules contained in these Terms and Conditions, the rules contained in the information leaflet and / or disregard of the instructions of the staff, Hotel Astoria shall have the right to remove you, the renter and any other user from the hotel without any delay Refund of the rental amount or part thereof will be made.
10.1 Pets are allowed in the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the Relax & Spa Refuge and Restaurant!
12.1 Hotel Astoria may require you to pay a deposit of € 25 to € 50 for the rental of a baby monitor, hair dryer or toys during your stay. If this deposit is not paid promptly, Hotel Astoria is entitled to prohibit the renter and / or other users from accessing and using the lent products.
12.2 If you remain in arrears with the payment of the deposit, Hotel Astoria is also entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect (to cancel).
12.3 The security deposit, or any balance thereof, will not be refunded to the Renter and / or User upon payment of any claims by Astoria, if you fail to return the lent product properly in accordance with the provisions of Article 9. Any claims for damages will be invalidated by this refund.
13.1 If a reservation is canceled, cancellation costs will be incurred. These amounts, if canceled within 72 hours of arrival, are based on the price of 3 nights of the total stay and if canceled on the day of arrival or later on the total cost / agreed rental price.
13.2 If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without giving reasons, this will be considered a cancellation.
14.1 It is possible to make a reservation for a period for which the tariffs have not yet been published. As deposit, the renter must pay € 50, - in advance. This down payment can be offset against the final amount. If the provisional reservation is not converted into the final reservation, the deposit will be refunded.
16.1 The Hotel Astoria has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if the personal details of you and / or other users were incompletely and / or incorrectly stated during the reservation. In such a case no refund of the rent or a part of it takes place.
17.1 The Hotel Astoria assumes no liability for theft (including theft from safes in the rooms), loss or damage of or to property or persons of any kind, during or as a result of staying at the hotel and / or renting / using the Accommodation, unless there is talk of gross negligence of the Hotel Astoria or (one of) its employees.
17.2 Liability for damage due to loss of holiday enjoyment or operating and other consequential damages are excluded in all circumstances. Hotel Astoria is also under no circumstances liable for damages for which there is a claim for damages due to a travel and / or cancellation insurance or any other insurance.
17.3 Hotel Astoria is not liable for disruptions in the services or in the case of defects due to services provided by third parties.
17.4 Liability for unlawful acts is in any case limited to a maximum of € 75,000 per personal accident per guest per accommodation; liability for material damage is limited to a maximum of € 1,500 per tenant / user per accommodation.
17.5 You shall be jointly and severally liable to the User for any loss and / or damage to the rented accommodation and / or to other owners of the Hotel Astoria arising during your use by you and / or other users, regardless of whether or not this is the consequence an act or omission on your part and / or by third parties who are in the hotel with your permission.
17.6 You shall indemnify Hotel Astoria against any claims by third parties that are (among other things) the result of any act or omission on your part, other users, your travel partners or third parties who are in the hotel with your consent.
17.7 In the event of improper use or incorrect posting, including but not limited to excessive pollution of the accommodation, additional costs will be charged and you will be required to pay immediately.
18.1 Despite the care and effort of Hotel Astoria, you may believe that you have a legitimate complaint regarding your vacation. You should report this complaint primarily on site and directly to the management of the hotel. If the complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you have at least 1 month after departure from the hotel the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing to: Hotel Astoria customer service. The complaint will then be handled with the utmost care. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the opportunity to present the complaint to the legally competent judge no later than 3 months after departure from the hotel. The decision of this commission has the power of a binding recommendation.
19.1 The contract between you and the Hotel Astoria is exclusively governed by Austrian law.
20.1 You are responsible for the existence of valid travel documents required for your purposes. Hotel Astoria disclaims any liability for consequences resulting from the absence of the correct travel documents.
21.1 Obvious printing and typesetting errors do not constitute an obligation for Hotel Astoria Betriebs GmbH. With these terms and conditions, all previous publications lose their validity.

The last thing you want to do at the start of your holiday is queue up in a crowded ski hire shop. We understand this and that is why we offer to pre-book all your equipment so that it is ready and waiting for you. You can either collect it from the shop yourself or some shops even offer a chalet fitting service, where all the equipment will be brought around to the chalet, thus avoiding the ski hire shop completely. Ski school can be a real hassle to organise so let us do all the hard work for you. We have built relationships with the top ski schools in most ski resorts and we can book lessons for all ability levels, both private and group lessons. For Christmas, New Year, Russian New Year and February Half Term, we strongly advise pre-booking your lessons as soon as possible as the group lesson and private lesson slots get booked up very quickly. Is not included and, on chalet bookings, will be added to your confirmation invoice. Local Tourist Tax for Hotels & Apartments is payable directly to the supplier in resort.
Each chalet booking requires a deposit of between £250 & £500 which is held as security against any damages, breakages or monies owing to Powder White. Details of this will be shown on your Confirmation Invoice and further information can be found in our Terms section. Apartment Residences vary so please enquire at time of booking.
