What Others Say...
Excellent holiday, excellent chalet hosts. - Thomas D. UK, 12/12/2015
Brilliant and a comfortable nights sleep. The showers were great and hot. The chalet hosts were incredibly engaging and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Reuben very kindly cleaned off our car of snow as it was parked opposite chalet Sandy. The little things make a lot. Great week and was almost tempted to stay the 2nd week but work beckoned. Hope to grab another week soon. Clare, 02/01/2016
- Rosie did an excellent job to ensure we had the best possible holiday. She produced some very good meals. She even went to extra lengths in finding time to bake birthday cakes for myself and my uncle in amongst all her other duties. All in all a very good holiday and I can't wait to come to Meribel again. Charlie, 09/01/2016
- All in all, a great holiday and Powder White could not have been more helpful. - Charlie R. UK, 05/12/2015

As one of our most recent additions to our Meribel programme, the Chalet Sandy is positioned well for the resort centre, just at the start of the one way system which winds round the village itself. It boasts magnificent huge windows from which to enjoy fantastic views from the living room which boasts comfortable sofa seating meaning a well earned rest can be enjoyed after a hard day on the piste or perhaps even after braving the notoriously difficult World Cup Womens Downhill run!
Chalet Sandy is situated on the road leading up to the main square opposite our hugely popular Chalet Eleanor. The square is literally a short stroll away, as is the mini-escalator leading you to the Doron piste and on into Chaudanne, the main lift station providing quick access to both the Courchevel and Val Thorens valleys as well as instant access to the huge amount of skiing the Meribel valley has to offer every level of skier.
You will be warmly welcomed to Chalet Sandy by one of our hand selected chalet hosts who lives out.
Did You Know... Sandy is the first name of the leading character in the much loved 1978 American musical rom-com movie Grease. The closing scene sees Sandy sewn into a pair of leather black trousers dancing at a local fun-fair... a scene perhaps reminiscent of some of those you will find at the world famous Folie Douce situated on the main Saulire run. Will you remember your black leather trousers this year..?!
