We have taken the time to list all the restaurants both on and off the mountain that we think are worth paying a visit, many of which we have had the pleasure of eating in. Of course you would only need to know where to eat in resort if you are not staying on one of our catered chalets in Verbier. So have a look at our range of catered properties too for a different culinary experience.
Le Table d’Adrien
+41 (0) 2777 16200 In five-star Chalet d’Adrien is the modern Le Table d’Adrien, which is the hottest restaurant in Verbier. Resident chef Marco Bassi was awarded a Michelin star at the end of 2008. He offers a gourmet menu and fine dining influenced by his obvious Italian origins. An example of what you will find on the menu is roasted prawns with coconuts, tagliolini with truffles and stuffed pigeon. This restaurant offers memorable moments in a warm and friendly environment with a fantastic wine list. The restaurant is up to the hill from the centre of Verbier, located on the roundabout next to the Savoleyres lift.
+41 (0) 2747 28888 Eagerly anticipated for the 2013/14 season, Chef Sergi Arola brings his passion for Spanish cuisine and combines it with local Swiss flavours to create a fresh fusion restaurant, unlike anything Verbier has seen before. Located in the new W Hotel (on Place Blanche) and having gained 2 Michelin Stars at the W Hotel Paris-Opera, the menu intends to provide you with hearty, yet beautifully presented food in serene surroundings offering you views of the surrounding Valais mountains. With a reputation that precedes him, its menu is pricey and booking in advance is a necessity.

The restaurant opens at lunchtime and in the evening, and it serves alpine cuisine with authentic flavours. This is coupled with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you are looking for traditional mountain cuisine then this is the place to go. They serve braserades, stews and fondues.

You would never think that fish served this far up a mountain could taste this good! Having had a successful first season, this Sushi Bar is a breath of fresh air for Verbier and brings above average Japanese style and atmosphere to the resort. With a terrific location just off the main roundabout, we can only see this restaurant becoming more and more popular in seasons to come.
Eat Hola Tapas Bar
+41 (0) 2747 28888 Situated in the W Hotel, Eat Hola offers a unique and authentic selection of tapas-hot or cold, with a wine list to match to those mini dishes that we love so much! Its friendly atmosphere and live cooking station, make it an ideal location for those who may have had too much Swiss cheese or chocolate and want a change. The team at Eat Hola has made it their mission to make sure that all products are fresh, local or Spanish.

Service is quick and sometimes over efficient that you can feel a little bit hurried but it is a safe bet for a wonderful evening meal and in a convenient location.
+41 (0) 277 712 226 Located on the main roundabout in the resort, look out for this lovely restaurant with it unique and individual barrel door! It offers two sittings per night generally 19.00 and 21.00, which provides set times in which you can eat from their traditional menu. Typically, you can find fondue, raclette and a selection of meat dishes, which are all served in generous portions that are more than enough to fill you up. If you still have room, there are a lovely selection of homemade pies and tart… Price wise, this restaurant is slightly more expensive but offers a great atmosphere and food to match!
