CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the box below you will find the amount that will be charged in the event of cancellation.
Standard Rate: 7 days or more prior to arrival - 30% cancellation fee
6 days or less prior to arrival or no show - 100% cancellation fee
Pre-paid Rate: 100% payable at time of reservation - non-refundable
If your booking includes booking fees, please be advised that these cannot be reimbursed.
As soon as you realise you need to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.
Cancellation fees
If cancelled or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, if you paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).
TAX
The rates shown include VAT. Stay tax and/or local tax may be charged at check-in.
CHECK-IN TIME / CHECK-OUT TIME
You will be able to check in to your room or apartment from the time indicated below.
On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room/apartment no later than the time shown below. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.
We advise you to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to specify your estimated check-in time, especially if you think it may be late.

Reception opening hours : From 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Any extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically stated as being included in the rate are to be paid on-site.
An End of Stay cleaning fee of 150 Euros is applicable to the apartments.
Residence Les Lanchers is set in a peaceful location just 400 metres from the Flegère cable car and with its sister Hotel next door, it has a choice of options to suit everyone. Great value accommodation in a super position.

Les Lanchers Apartments occupy a quiet location just outside the main centre of Chamonix and just 400 metres from the Flegère cable car. Visitors can enjoy easy access into Chamonix centre or the other ski lifts with the bus stop just moments from the front door. The apartments are part of Les Lanchers Hotel and guests can benefit from use of the hotel restaurant and bar, which serves a continental buffet breakfast and traditional French cuisine at lunch and dinner time (additional charge).
The apartments are modern and well presented, making for an ideal self-catering base in Chamonix. All feature fully equipped kitchens, WiFi, hairdryers, a TV, washing machine and balcony or terrace. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Please note that the end of stay clean is at an additional charge.

Sitting at the base of Mont Blanc, it has six large ski areas spread across the whole Chamonix valley. With its lively nightlife and huge array of restaurants, it really is a super choice!

We know how valuable your skiing time is to you so that is why we can to pre-book your lift passes for you, to save you the time and hassle of doing it once in resort. And most importantly, no additional charge or hefty currency bank charges! The lift passes will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet/hotel/apartment, so you can hit the slopes immediately... The last thing you want to do at the start of your holiday is queue up in a crowded ski hire shop. We understand this and that is why we offer to pre-book all your equipment so that it is ready and waiting for you. You can either collect it from the shop yourself or some shops even offer a chalet fitting service, where all the equipment will be brought around to the chalet, thus avoiding the ski hire shop completely. Ski school can be a real hassle to organise so let us do all the hard work for you. We have built relationships with the top ski schools in most ski resorts and we can book lessons for all ability levels, both private and group lessons. For Christmas, New Year, Russian New Year and February Half Term, we strongly advise pre-booking your lessons as soon as possible as the group lesson and private lesson slots get booked up very quickly. Transfers from the airport to your accommodation and vice versa is available through Powder White. If you need transfers arranged, please contact us on +44 (0)20 8877 8888 or fill in the Transfer Request Form
Is not included and, on chalet bookings, will be added to your confirmation invoice. Local Tourist Tax for Hotels & Apartments is payable directly to the supplier in resort.
Each chalet booking requires a deposit of between £250 & £500 which is held as security against any damages, breakages or monies owing to Powder White. Details of this will be shown on your Confirmation Invoice and further information can be found in our Terms section. Apartment Residences vary so please enquire at time of booking.
