General Sales Conditions - Le K2 Palace
90 days cancellation conditions for a stay on the following dates:
-Between Dec, 21st 2019and Jan, 11th, 2020
-Between Feb, 08th and Mar, 10 th 2020
Until 91 days prior to the date of arrival, 1 night of cancellation fees will be kept, per week and per
accommodation reserved.
Between the 90th day and the 31st day prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of stay will be kept.
Between the 30th day and the arrival day, the full amount of stay will be kept.
60 days cancellation conditions for a stay on the following dates:
-Between Dec, 17th and Dec, 21st 2019
-Between Jan, 11th and Feb, 08th 2020
-Between Mar, 10th and Apr, 05th 2020
Until 61 days prior to the date of arrival, 1 night of cancellation fees will be kept, per week and per
accommodation reserved.
Between the 60th day and the 31st day prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount of stay will be kept.
Between the 30th day and the arrival day, the full amount of stay will be kept.
In case the stay covers both cancellation periods, the 90-days cancellation policy prevails.
Group Cancellation conditions: (From 6 rooms and above)
Until 91 days prior to the date of arrival, 1 night of cancellation fees will be kept, per week and per accommodation reserved.
Between the 90th day and the date of arrival, the full amount of stay will be kept.
The validation of the Confirmation form entails acceptance of the terms and conditions in their entirety.
Le K2 Palace reserves the right to change opening and/or closing dates without prior notice.
Le K2 Palace is the sole arbitrator when any litigation may arise over the application or interpretation of the general sales conditions.
Le K2 Altitude cannot be held responsible for any personal events, economic or weather conditions that may cause a cancellation or a modification of the stay.
We recommend you to suggest your client to purchase travel insurance.
In case of no-show:
The full amount of stay will be kept. In addition, Le K2 Palace reserves the right to dispose of all accommodations within 48
hours, unless otherwise specified in writing (fax or e-mail).
In case of name change before or during the stay:
A name change will be considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation conditions will apply.
In case of modification of the stay before or during the stay:
A decrease in length of stay, or change of room category or in dates is considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation conditions will apply.
In case of a necessity, Le K2 Palace reserves the right to propose a different accommodation within the same category than the one indicated on the Confirmation form, without this change allowing any compensation.
Therein, the client refuses irrevocably and definitively to form any complaint directly or indirectly linked to the change of accommodation that could be made by Le K2 Palace.
Payment conditions:
The whole reservation should be prepaid prior to the entry into the cancellation period.
Deposit : 50% of the full amount to be paid within the 3 days following the confirmation of the stay.
Balance : At least one day prior the cancellation period, meaning before 61 or 91 days prior arrival depending of the dates of stay (See cancellations conditions above)
If payment conditions are not met, the reservation will be cancelled. Deposit (when applicable) will be kept by Le K2 Palace as cancellation fees according to the cancellation conditions.
Le K2 Palace reserves the right to refuse access to room(s) when accommodation is not paid in full.
In the event of no or partial payment at check-in, full gross balance payment will be requested from client directly.
Public rates:
The rates of Le K2 Palace are quoted in Euros including City taxes & VAT at the latest rate (10%). Any changes in this rate will be reflected in Le K2 Palace’s rates, and any other taxes.
Le K2 Palace keeps the right to modify, without prior notice, the rates proposed.
Special offers:
The special offers proposed by Le K2 Palace are granted to a specific person and a specific period.
Therefore they cannot be transmitted to another person and have no obligation to be renewed.
Special offers cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions.
If a benefit included in a special offer is not used, it cannot be refunded, carried over or compensated
Stay on Half-board basis includes:
The rates include accommodation, breakfast and one other meal per person per day (meals not taken will not be refunded or carried over). Half-board is available for lunch or dinner, except on Christmas’ Eve and New Years’ Eve, or other special events, when it will be served for lunch only.
For hotel guests:
Breakfast as buffet at the restaurant or Continental breakfast in the room
Lunch at the Bar Le 8611 with the Snack Menu
or
A pre-set seasonal Menu will be proposed at the restaurant Le Black Pyramid for Dinner
or
Room-service menu for children up to 09 years old only
or
At the hotel Le K2 Altitude, lunch at the restaurant le Base Kamp or dinner at the restaurant La Cima
(Upon availability)
Access to the wellness area, i.e. indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot-tub and fitness area
Access to the Kid’s Worlds and K’baret

For Suite-chalet guests:

Capacity per accommodation:
The sales conditions are established for a precise number of people, defined in the Confirmation form.
If the number of clients exceeds the predefined maximum capacity authorized by the current standards, Le K2 Palace reserves the right to refuse additional clients. In this case, any modification or breach of contract is considered as initiated by the client.
General information:
On the arrival day, all accommodations are available from 4 p.m.
On the departure day, all accommodations should be vacant before 11 a.m.
Pets are strictly forbidden.
Upon request a complimentary indoor parking spot can be reserved.
All the accommodations and facilities are entirely non-smoking.
Access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot-tub, Kids’ Worlds, K’baret and fitness center is exclusively reserved for Le K2 Palace’s guests.
Food and beverages not provided by Le K2 Palace are not allowed in the hotel and all other facilities within the property.
The guests of Le K2 Palace are responsible for any loss or damages. Le K2 Palace can claim compensation when any costs incurred, to be paid by guests during their stay.
All objects and/or personal belongings of the guests remain within the responsibility of its owner.
The guests of Le K2 Palace are liable for the use of the swimming pool and facilities by them or their children. Le K2 Palace cannot be held responsible in case safety instructions are not met.
Translation:
This agreement has been drawn up in French language. In case of discrepancies between the French text version of this agreement and any translation, the French version shall prevail.
