General Sales Conditions - Le K2 Djola
General Sales Conditions Le K2 Pearls are valid for 2019-2020 Winter Season, for all stays reserved between December 20th 2019 and April 12th 2020.
The validation of the Confirmation form entails acceptance of the terms and conditions in their entirety.
Le K2 Djola reserves the right to change opening and/or closing dates without prior notice.
Le K2 Djola is the sole arbitrator when any litigation may arise over the application or interpretation of the general sales conditions.
Group cancellation conditions (6rooms and more)
Until 121 days before the arrival date, 1 night of cancellation fees will be kept, per week and per accommodation reserved.
Between the 120th day and the arrival day, the full amount of stay will be kept.
Le K2 Djola cannot be held responsible for any personal events, economic or weather conditions that may cause a cancellation. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance from a travel agency or insurance company.
In case of no-show:
The full amount of stay will be kept. In addition, Le K2 Djola reserves the right to dispose of all accommodations within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified in writing (fax or e-mail).
In case of name change before or during the stay:
A name change will be considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation conditions will apply.
In case of modification of the stay before or during the stay:
A decrease in length of stay, room category or change in dates is considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation conditions will apply.
In case of a necessity, Le K2 Djola reserves the right to propose a different accommodation within the same category than the one indicated on the Confirmation form, without this change allowing any compensation.
Therein, the client refuses irrevocably and definitively to form any complaint directly or indirectly linked to the change of accommodation that could be made by Le K2 Djola.
The whole reservation should be prepaid prior to the entry into the cancellation period.
Deposit : 30% of the full amount at the confirmation of the reservation, within 3 days.
Balance : At least 120 days prior arrival
If payment conditions are not met, the reservation will be cancelled. Deposit (when applicable) will be kept by Le K2 Djola as fees.
Hotel Le K2 Djola reserves the right to refuse access to the room(s) when accommodation is not paid in full.
In the event of no or partial payment at check-in, full gross balance payment will be requested from client directly.
The rates of Le K2 Djola are quoted in Euros including City taxes & VAT at the latest rate (10%). Any change in this rate will be reflected in Le K2 Djola’s rates, and any other taxes.
Le K2 Djola keeps the right to modify, without prior notice, the rates proposed to partners and guests.
The special offers proposed by Le K2 Djola are granted to a specific person and a specific period.
Therefore they cannot be transmitted to another person and have no obligation to be renewed.
Special offers cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions.
If a benefit included in a special offer is not used, it cannot be refunded, carried over or compensated.
Rates on Bed & Breakfast basis:
The rates include accommodation and breakfast.
Breakfast as buffet at the hotel.
Access to the wellness area; sauna, steam room.
Access to WiFi.
Transfers, travel insurances, ski-passes, ski instructors, equipment rental and all other
Capacity per accommodation:
The sales conditions are established for a precise number of people, defined in the Confirmation form.
If the number of guests exceeds the predefined maximum capacity authorized by the current standards, Le K2 Djola reserves the right to refuse additional guests. In this case, any modification or breach of contract is considered initiated by the guest.
On the arrival day, all accommodations are available from 4 p.m.
On the departure day, all accommodations should be vacant before 11 a.m.
Pets are strictly forbidden.
All the accommodations and facilities are entirely non-smoking.
Access to the sauna & steam room is exclusively reserved for Le K2 Djola’s guests.
Food and beverages not provided by Le K2 Djola are not allowed in the hotel and all other facilities within the property.
The guests of Le K2 Djola are responsible for any loss or damage. Le K2 Djola can claim compensation when any costs incurred, to be paid by guests during their stay.
The guests of Le K2 Djola are liable for the use of wellness area and facilities by them or their children. Le K2 Djola cannot be held responsible in case safety instructions are not met.
This agreement has been drawn up in French language. In case of discrepancies between the French text version of this agreement and any translation, the French version shall prevail.
The Hotel Le K2 Djola is the latest Courchevel 1850 offering from the luxurious K2 collection. Meaning "little brother" in Tibetan, Le Djola is smaller than its siblings with a more intimate and boutique feel.
We know how valuable your skiing time is to you so that is why we can to pre-book your lift passes for you, to save you the time and hassle of doing it once in resort. And most importantly, no additional charge or hefty currency bank charges! The lift passes will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet/hotel/apartment, so you can hit the slopes immediately... The last thing you want to do at the start of your holiday is queue up in a crowded ski hire shop. We understand this and that is why we offer to pre-book all your equipment so that it is ready and waiting for you. You can either collect it from the shop yourself or some shops even offer a chalet fitting service, where all the equipment will be brought around to the chalet, thus avoiding the ski hire shop completely. Ski school can be a real hassle to organise so let us do all the hard work for you. We have built relationships with the top ski schools in most ski resorts and we can book lessons for all ability levels, both private and group lessons. For Christmas, New Year, Russian New Year and February Half Term, we strongly advise pre-booking your lessons as soon as possible as the group lesson and private lesson slots get booked up very quickly. Is not included and, on chalet bookings, will be added to your confirmation invoice. Local Tourist Tax for Hotels & Apartments is payable directly to the supplier in resort.
Each chalet booking requires a deposit of between £250 & £500 which is held as security against any damages, breakages or monies owing to Powder White. Details of this will be shown on your Confirmation Invoice and further information can be found in our Terms section. Apartment Residences vary so please enquire at time of booking.
