Located at the top of the Grand Massif, one of the largest linked ski areas in France, the Residence Les Terraces de Veret offers plenty of ski activities including cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice driving, ice quad and ice carting. The variety of ski options isn't the limit of activities available here, as this residence features an indoor pool and sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, cinema and a bowling alley.
Take the Grandes Platières cable car up to 2500m to admire the impressive view of Mont Blanc from the top of the Grand Massif, or explore the other ski resorts of the Grand Massif thanks to links between Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz, and Sixt-fer-à-Cheval. Residents can also enjoy their own home made meals with a supermarket and grocers nearby.

Flaine is a compact purpose-built resort, offering fantastic holiday convenience and a well-deserved reputation for family friendliness.The resort is located at the foot of a big bowl which holds the snow well and also offers access to the extensive Grand Massif ski area.
Flaine is located less than an hour and a half from Geneva Airport. It is mainly car-free and is home to a huge range of self-catering apartments to suit all budgets.

And most importantly, no additional charge or hefty currency bank charges! The lift passes will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet/hotel/apartment, so you can hit the slopes immediately... The last thing you want to do at the start of your holiday is queue up in a crowded ski hire shop. We understand this and that is why we offer to pre-book all your equipment so that it is ready and waiting for you. You can either collect it from the shop yourself or some shops even offer a chalet fitting service, where all the equipment will be brought around to the chalet, thus avoiding the ski hire shop completely. Ski school can be a real hassle to organise so let us do all the hard work for you. We have built relationships with the top ski schools in most ski resorts and we can book lessons for all ability levels, both private and group lessons. For Christmas, New Year, Russian New Year and February Half Term, we strongly advise pre-booking your lessons as soon as possible as the group lesson and private lesson slots get booked up very quickly. Each chalet booking requires a deposit of between £250 & £500 which is held as security against any damages, breakages or monies owing to Powder White.
