CATERED TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions relate to the rental of catered properties
The catered terms and conditions contained in this document, together with your booking form, comprise the contract between the supplier and all persons listed on the booking form. The contract is deemed to have been made as soon as the booking form has been sent and completed by the group leader, accompanied by a non-refundable deposit or full payment as applicable. The “booking form” refers to the soft e-copy or paper copy of the original booking form and the incorporated catered terms and conditions filled in by the group leader.
By completing a booking form, the group leader agrees on behalf of all listed members that:
- He/she has read the catered terms and conditions and agrees that all members of the group are bound by them
- He/she is over 18 years old
- All information provided to the supplier is correct and accurate
You must read these booking conditions carefully before booking your
holiday with. The person making the booking on behalf of the Client (the
group leader) accepts the booking conditions on behalf of all persons
defined as “Client”. It is the responsibility of the group leader to bring
these booking conditions to the attention of all persons included in the
booking and to ensure that they are respected. Validation of a booking by
the Client implies acceptance without
restriction or reservation of these General Conditions.
The group leader making the booking is deemed to have made the booking
exclusively on his/her own behalf and on behalf of the other members of the
group staying with him/her – bookings on
behalf of third parties are not permitted.
When payment has been made over the telephone, without a booking form being completed, a contract will come into existence immediately between you and the supplier upon processing of a credit/debit card payment for the deposit or full payment of your holiday. This will be oral confirmation of your booking. Written confirmation will be subsequently sent via email.
The group leader is responsible, on behalf of all other members of the group, for all matters relating to the booking, thus he/she will be personally liable for all monies due to the supplier from the remainder of the guests listed on the booking form. If at any time, prior to the start of the holiday, there is a change of group leader, the supplier must be notified by email or telephone, by the original group leader.

property, other than those specified on the booking form. Failure to comply
with this may result in your booking being terminated immediately in resort
and you and your party being asked to vacate the relevant catered
property immediately. No compensation will be paid for this.
“Catered properties” means the property you are occupying, as stated on the booking form.
Please note that due to the nature of the services, you do not benefit from the 14-day cooling off period.
The booking shall not be final and the contract shall not be entered into until the availability of the catered property has been confirmed by the supplier and upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday (the “Deposit”) unless otherwise agreed by the supplier. A booking enquiry will not be held until a full deposit is received. A completed booking form must also be submitted within 7 days to complete a reservation.
Should a booking be requested in writing/email or verbally, without payment of a deposit, the booking will be deemed not secure until deposit monies are received. Thus, the supplier reserves the right to re-book the same week in the same accommodation to another client without notification.
When you receive your confirmation invoice, please check all details carefully to ensure that they are correct. If there are any errors on the confirmation invoice, please bring them to our attention within 7 days of the invoice being issued, otherwise we will assume that the details shown are correct and a change fee will be charged if changes are subsequently required.

The Old Macaroni is a very special chalet located in central Morzine with spectacular views of the village. This fully catered property offers luxury accommodation for 12-18 guests and boasts fantastic facilities including hot tub, sauna, cinema, Nespresso machine and a spa treatment room. This chalet offers a unique opportunity for a top of the range holiday for family or a group of friends.
Fully Catered Chalet | Hot Tub | Sauna | Cinema | Nespresso Machine| Parking | WiFi | Spa Treatment Room | UK Sky TV
The Old Macaroni features book-themed bedrooms, a cinema, outdoor deck, hot tub and a glass fronted barrel sauna with one of the best views in Morzine.
The entrance to the chalet has beautiful features from the original farmhouse and there is a large boot room. You’ll find an open-plan kitchen overlooking a large dining room and there is a further seating area on this level, which is perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee or a separate dining area for children.
A beautiful spa treatment room is located on this level, which has been cleverly designed to offer further accommodation. A hidden full double bed, with proper mattress, can be lowered down to create a further bedroom for larger groups/families.
The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway provides the inspiration for the first bedroom. A sumptuous turquoise velvet bed and touches of blue give this bedroom a bright but calm atmosphere. As with each bedroom, there is a bespoke en-suite bathroom, this one with glass taps and a shower integrated with lighting.
Upstairs, the view of Morzine village from the lounge will take your breath away. The upper level of the chalet comprises of the main living area, as well as three bedrooms. Glazed bi-folding doors open one entire side of the lounge to take in the most spectacular view of Morzine, including the church, the whole valley and Pleney and Nyon pistes. The lounge also features a grand piano and a beautiful log burning stove. The bi-folding doors open up onto a balcony that wraps around the chalet and offers the perfect spot from which to watch the weekly Pleney fireworks display and torchlight descent during winter.
The second bedroom is named after The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. A grand, burgundy velvet bed has views out of the huge windows that open onto a balcony, providing a quiet, private spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. A roll-top bath has its own mezzanine above the bedroom, which also takes in the view of the Pleney slopes and Point de Nyon. A further shower room completes this bedroom with double wash hand basins and a fabulous double shower.
The third bedroom, inspired by All Men are Mortal, has a true boutique hotel feel to it. It is open to a huge shower and dressing room; and sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with stunning views across the valley. Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak lends itself to the ornate fourth bedroom, which has a beautiful, large en-suite shower room.
A mezzanine level has been designed to offer an exciting children’s room, but can cleverly accommodates adults as well. The Harry Potter style room has four beautiful built-in cabin beds, each with their own curtains for privacy. Each of these beds is a full-size double bed with proper mattress. The mezzanine is close to the living room, allowing adults to keep an eye on children as they play upstairs. There is lots of room for kids to play with toys, watch TV or read any of the many books from the bookcase.
Further entertaining space can be found in the lower level of the chalet, where you will find the cinema. Tiered seating and art deco lighting are reminiscent of traditional movie halls, but the bright pink and purple velvet seating give it a luxurious modern twist. The state-of-the-art integrated surround sound and screen evoke the real cinema feel. Huge custom made bean bags provide extra seating to get cosy and enjoy a film.

The largest, and arguably best positioned of the Portes de Soleil resorts, Morzine offers easy access to both Les Gets, Avoriaz and all 600km of pistes. It is perhaps more of a wonderful traditional French town than a ski resort, but its ambiance and welcome is absolutely second to none.
Do not be fooled by its 1000m altitude – it benefits from the Mont Blanc micro-climate, resulting in excellent skiing even at lower levels. With a multitude of bars and restaurants, it is a super option for those looking for a bit of everything.
