Terms And Conditions - VACANCES BLEUES
VACANCES BLEUES must be promptly informed, by means of email or fax, of any reservation cancellation. The official date of receipt of the cancellation shall be used for calculating the compensation due to VACANCES BLEUES, in accordance with the following conditions:
Between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the stay
Between 20 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay
Between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total amount of the stay
Between 7 days and 1 day before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount of the stay
Less than 1 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount of the stay
CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
Arrival and departure dates
For the rental accommodation, reservations are made for 7 days/7 nights, from Saturday until Saturday (*).
Arrival between: 5 pm and 8 pm (*)
Departure before: 10 am(*)

For any arrival before 5 pm, VACANCES BLEUES/ DIFFUSION TOURISME can refuse access to the accommodation. For any arrival after 8 pm, clients have to call the reception of the relevant resort, in order to confirm approximate time of arrival and to get the instructions to follow for the key collection.
The accommodation, electricity, water, heating, bed linen (specified in the price grid if not included)
They do not include:
The tourist tax, parking, final cleaning, charges for pets and other additional services payable locally
TOURIST TAX MUST BE PAID ON THE SPOT BY CUSTOMER
For the rental accommodation, customer needs to pay a deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay. Indeed, on arrival at VACANCES BLEUES resort, clients will have to pay a 300 EUROS deposit at the reception per accommodation unit (by cheque, cash or bank card). This deposit will be returned to the clients before departure, after the inventory has been made. It will be subject to the settlement of possible damages (see description of the site for methods of payment). Every broken or damaged object, as well as costs for restoration, will be chargeable to the clients.
The final cleaning has to be paid on the rental accommodation. On departure day, clients have to leave the resort between 8 am and 10 am. The accommodation has to be returned in perfect and clean condition. If the clients did not wish to do the cleaning, they have the possibility to pay from 49 euros (depending on the size of the apartment) final cleaning charge per unit (kitchen and dishes to be done by customer).

VACANCES BLEUES/ DIFFUSION TOURISME has the right in case of problems in the resort (noise, physical damages) to expel the clients, this according to the French Law, which forbids noise after 10 p.m.
