GENERAL TERMS - ALPINE RESIDENCES
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown
More than 45 days before arrival date = 100 Euros administration fee
45 – 21 days before arrival date = 25% of the total amount of stay
20 – 8 days before arrival date = 75% of the total amount of stay
7 days or less before arrival = 100% of the total amount of stay
No show at the place of stay = 100% of the total amount of stay
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CONDITIONS OF CHANGE
We accept all changes of date, type of apartment within the limits of availability. If the amount of your reservation after modification is lower than the amount of the reservation before modification, we retain 10% of the price difference.
An early departure cannot give rise to any refund.
- Down payment: 25% upon reservation
- The balance: 45 days before the arrival of the tenant
- 50€ administrative fees apply for any new booking.
Pets are not accepted, the Supplier may however deviate from this rule for small dogs, non-aggressive and / or dangerous. In which case, an extra will be requested:
- 140€ for a stay of 7 nights (within the limit of one animal per apartment)
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The delivery of the keys is done by, and only, the Supplier. Arrivals are on Saturday or Sunday from 17:00 to 20:00 according to the period. Off short stay.
Departures should be before 10:00.
A security deposit of € 2,000, for housing of less than 180m2, or € 4,000 for housing of more than 180m2, will be requested from the client upon arrival. It will be returned within 48hrs after the end of the stay after payment of the services consumed on site and deducting any compensation in the event of damage caused (actual cost of expenditure + fees for the management of the works). (Inventory contradictory between your day of arrival and your day of departure). If a damage is found only after the inventory of the places of entry, the customer has 24hrs to declare it to the representative of the supplier on the spot.
The Alpine Residences Society is not responsible for complaints about the resort or the environment. She is also not responsible for luggage, personal items, jewellery and securities deposited in the apartment. The client must take all measures to ensure their protection during his stay and especially during his absences. Claims must be served by the customer within 24 hours of arrival so that the supplier has the means to act expeditiously if the claim is found to be receivable. No claim after the departure of the tenant will be considered by the provider if it was not presented by the tenant at the reception desk during the stay.
POSSIBLE AMENDMENT OF THE BOOKING
If the circumstances oblige us, and in case of events beyond our control, and in case of force majeure, we reserve the right to modify partially or totally the reservation made by the customer (total or partial closure of a site, works, common equipment of swimming pool type, sauna, fitness room ...).
Both parts elect domicile at their head office. French law alone is applicable. Any difficulty that may arise during the collaboration contract will fall within the jurisdiction of the ANNECY court (74).
