GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1 - Conclusion of the reservation:
A payment of 25% of the price of the stay must be attached to the booking confirmation. The reservation becomes effective only upon payment of the deposit. Any breach of this condition is likely to result in the termination of the rental at the exclusive fault of the tenant. The balance of the rental must reach us no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. Failure to pay the balance on the agreed date is equivalent to a last minute cancellation and will trigger the application of the cancellation conditions specified in article 6. Therefore, the chalet can again be offered / offered / opened at location. In the event of a rental less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment must be paid and must be attached to the rental contract. Our prices do not include "services on request".
ARTICLE 2 - Services included:

ARTICLE 3 - Number of people:
The rental of the chalet is carried out for a defined number of people which can in no case be exceeded.Any violation will result in the payment of 100 euros per day and per additional person.At the conclusion of the reservation, a list detailing the contact details of each participant in the stay will be provided to the host.This list will include: surname - first name - date of birth and permanent address of the participants.It must be updated by the customer in case of modification.If this list is not communicated at the conclusion of the reservation, the COVID19 cancellation procedures cannot be applied if necessary.
ARTICLE 4 - Duration of stay:
The reservist Tenant concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.In the event of a reduction in the length of stay, no refund of the
rent corresponding to the reduction can be made.
ARTICLE 5 - Arrival and departure times:
The rental of the chalet begins on the day of arrival from 5 p.m.Release must take place on the day of departure no later than 10 a.m.
ARTICLE 6 - Cancellation conditions: From
booking to 31 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the stay is due 30 to 15 days before arrival:
50% of the amount of the stay is due 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of theamount of the stay are due from 7 days before arrival: 100% of the amount of the stay are due
In the event of a cancellation related to Covid19, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.The list of participants requested in Article 3 must have been provided when booking.Depending on the reasons for cancellation related to COVID19, supporting documents will be requested:
closure of borders by the government of the client's country of origin or by a transit country
a link to the official information page should be communicated the government of the country of origin prohibits non-essential travel
a link to the official information page must be communicated cancellation of flights due to covid-19
a letter or email from the airline concerned must be sent
closure of airports / stations in France or in the country of origin
a link to the official information page must be communicated mileage limitation for travel around your home
a link to the official information page must be communicated quarantine or quarantine (or any other duration of confinement) imposed by France or by the country of origin
a link to the official information page must be communicated client tested positive for Covid19 within 14 days before arrival
a medical certificate must be sent government decree obliging us to close the accommodation concerned

ARTICLE 7 - Security deposit and inventory:
On arrival, the tenant will pay a security deposit of 5,000.00 euros by Visa, Mastercard, check payable in France or in cash.Any complaint concerning the rented premises must be made within 24 hours of the start of the rental.The tenant undertakes to compensate the owner for the amount of the damage suffered if the security deposit proves insufficient The deposit will be returned on departure from the tenant after deduction, where applicable, of any missing items or deterioration observed and compensation for any sums due to the owner.The security deposit will amount to 5,500.00 euros in the event of the presence of a pet (see article "pets")
ARTICLE 8 - Use of the Premises:
The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and occupy the premises with due care.COVID19 details: The host ndertakes to comply with all hygiene and health measures in order to guarantee the safety of its customers and staff in the face of the epidemic. The tenant also agrees to apply the necessary actions for the safety of each participant and the staff of the establishment.
ARTICLE 9 - Insurance:
Tous les objets ou effets personnels appartenant au locataire relève de la propre responsabilité de celui-ci. ls ne sont en aucun cas couverts par une quelconque police d’assurance émanant du propriétaire. Le locataire sera tenu de s'assurer contre les dommages de toute nature susceptible d'engager sa responsabilité (relisez votre contrat multirisques habitation ou vérifiez auprès de votre assureur que ce dernier comporte une clause " villégiature " adaptée à la location sous toutes réserves).
ARTICLE 10 - Pets:
Dogs are accepted.They must be vaccinated and kept on a leash near the chalet.It is requested that access to the rooms and the spa be prohibited.We also ask that they do not climb on the sofas.The animals must be clean and their needs will not be met near the houses. In addition,the deposit requested at the start of the stay will be increased by 500 euros.
La Bouclia is a super chalet located in a tranquil position, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of this wonderful resort. Set out over 3 floors and 300m2, it is tastefully decorated and provides lovely surroundings with a super living/dining room and open log fire.

The lovely Chalet La Bouclia really does have everything for an enjoyable and affordable stay in the world-class resort of Val d'Isere. Situated over 3 floors, it has a wonderful large open-plan living dining room with log fire and beautiful arched windows with great views. There is also an office area, bluetooth speaker and balcony.
The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished and each has ensuite facilities and TVs - most with a balcony. There is the added advantage of a steam room on the ground floor in which to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
Our team is present daily so that the only concern of your stay is to relax and recharge your batteries! Breakfast is served daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Our housekeeping team maintains the chalet daily and takes care of its complete cleaning on the day of your departure.
The concierge service is at your disposal to organize your stay: reservation of your equipment, ski passes and lessons in the school of your choice. We also organize your transfers by taxi or bus, book nursery, restaurant, massage, hairdressing or any other activity….
Finally, you can ask for a chef to come to your home for convivial and gourmet moments! (service on request and at an additional cost).

Val d'Isere Ski Resort has one of the best snow records around, making it a safe bet throughout the entire season, right up to the end of April!
The ski area is vast as it connects to Tignes with easy access and suitable for all level of ability. Families are made very welcome here, supported by the Famille Plus label by the French government.
