G E N ER AL TERMS AND CONDI TI ONS OF LEASE
ARTI CLE 1 - Conclusion of the reservation :
A deposit of 25% of the total price will be asked for any confirmation of reservation.
The reservation becomes effective only after the payment of the deposit.
The non-payment of this deposit is equivalent of the cancellation of the booking due to the exclusive fault of the tenant.
The payment of the balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the arrival date.
The non-payment of the balance is equivalent of a last-minute cancellation dur to the exclusive fault of the tenant and will
initiate the application of the cancellation fees indicated in the article 6.
As a result, the chalet becomes available again and can be proposed to any reservation by the owner.
In case of booking confirmed less than 30 days before the arrival day, the full payment of the reservation will be asked.
Rental prices do not include services mentioned “Extra Services” and listed in the article 2.

ARTI CLE 3 - Number of persons :
The rental of the chalet is rented for a determined number of persons, which cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Any violation will generate an extra cost of 100 euros per extra person and per day.
At the conclusion of the reservation, the tenant will provide to Chalet La Bouclia the full list of each person coming during
the period booked
This list must contain: first name – surname - date of birth – personal address of each participant.
Any modification of this list must be sent to Chalet La Bouclia.
If this list is not communicated to Chalet La Bouclia at the reservation conclusion, the special cancellation policies for
COVID-19 will not be applicable.
ARTI CLE 4 - Length of stay :
The tenant rent the property for a time-limited which cannot be exceeded.
In case of reduction of the number of nights, no refund can be asked.
ARTI CLE 5 - Arrival and departure time :
The rental of the chalet starts from 4PM on the arrival day.
The release must be done at the latest at 10AM on the departure day.
ARTI CLE 6 - Cancellation policies :
From the reservation to 31 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay is due
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay is due
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay is due
From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
ARTI CLE 7 – Special cancellation policies relative to COVI D-19 :
In case of cancellation related to COVID-19 pandemic, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
The list of the participants requested in Article 3 must have been given at the conclusion of the reservation.
Depending on the cancellation reason, supporting documents will be asked

Placement under quarantine (or any other duration of lockdown) ordered by France or tenant’s country > a link to the

The client has been declared positive to COVID-19 less than 14 days before the arrival date > a medical certification must

C ANCELLATI ON AT THE HOST’S I NI TI ATI VE:
Government order of accommodation closure > the host will inform the tenant by mail
Closure of borders by French government > the host will inform the tenant by mail
Closure à the ski resort because of Covid19 > the host will inform the tenant by m
ARTI CLE 8 - Security deposit and chalet inventory :
Upon the arrival, the guest will pay a security deposit of 5 000,00 euros by Visa, Mastercard or by cash.
Any complaint regarding the rented accommodation must to be made within 24 hours of arrival.
The tenant guarantees the host the payment of any damage or breakage at the value of the loss suffered if the security deposit
given on arrival would be insufficient.
The security deposit will be refunded after deduction, if applicable, of any missing items or damage noted and in compensation of eventual sums due to the host.
An extra security deposit of 500,00 euros will be asked in case of pet presence (Article 10)
ARTI CLE 9 - Use of premises :
The tenant will guarantee that the rental will be peaceful and that the premises will be used with due care.
Precisions COVID-19:
The host guarantee that all the sanitary measures will be strictly followed to protect its clients and staff.
The tenant also guarantees to follow all the sanitary rules.
ARTI CLE 10 - Insurance :
All personal objects or items belonging to the tenant are under his own responsibility.
They are in any case protected by any host’s insurance.
The tenant will have to be insured against any damage or breakage due to the tenant himself.
ARTI CLE 11 - Pets :
Dogs are allowed in the chalet.
The host just ask to forbid them the access to the steam-room and to the bedrooms.
It is also forbidden to let dogs jump on sofas.
They must be vaccinated and kept on a lead in the vicinity of the chalet
All needs made in the vicinity of the chalet is forbidden.
In case of pet’s presence, 5 500,00 euros will be asked to the tenant as security deposit
La Bouclia is a super chalet located in a tranquil position, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of this wonderful resort. Set out over 3 floors and 300m2, it is tastefully decorated and provides lovely surroundings with a super living/dining room and open log fire.

What's included?
The lovely Chalet La Bouclia really does have everything for an enjoyable and affordable stay in the world-class resort of Val d'Isere. Situated over 3 floors, it has a wonderful large open-plan living dining room with log fire and beautiful arched windows with great views. There is also an office area, bluetooth speaker and balcony.
The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished and each has ensuite facilities and TVs - most with a balcony. There is the added advantage of a steam room on the ground floor in which to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
Our team is present daily so that the only concern of your stay is to relax and recharge your batteries! Breakfast is served daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Our housekeeping team maintains the chalet daily and takes care of its complete cleaning on the day of your departure.
The concierge service is at your disposal to organize your stay: reservation of your equipment, ski passes and lessons in the school of your choice. We also organize your transfers by taxi or bus, book nursery, restaurant, massage, hairdressing or any other activity….
Finally, you can ask for a chef to come to your home for convivial and gourmet moments! (service on request and at an additional cost).

Val d'Isere Ski Resort has one of the best snow records around, making it a safe bet throughout the entire season, right up to the end of April!
The ski area is vast as it connects to Tignes with easy access and suitable for all level of ability. Families are made very welcome here, supported by the Famille Plus label by the French government.
