Sales terms and conditions – HOTEL LA MOURRA
CONFIRMATION OF OPTION
To confirm a reservation, a deposit will be required as follows:
FOR THE « HIGH SEASON » WEEKS (from 16/12/2022 to 01/01/23 included and from 11/02/23 to 04/03/23 included)
50 % of the total amount for all stays of more than 2 nights
100 % of the total amount for all 1-night stays
Balance Due 60 days before arrival
FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON 30 % of the total amount for all stays of more than 3 nights
50 % of the total amount for all 2-night stays
100 % of the total amount for all 1-night stays
Balance Due 45 days before arrival
The client will pay for his extras on departure.
It is reminded to the client, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal as provided in Article L. 121-20 of the Code of consumption, since the services are provided on a date or at specified intervals.
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail or fax. Only the date of receipt by LA MOURRA 5* is valid.
At least 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “very high season” weeks) the full deposit is reimbursed with a deduction of 50 € per booking for management fee.
Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “very high season” weeks) the prepayment is kept in full and is not refundable or cannot be postponed on another stay, whatever the reason for the cancellation. No other fees will be applied. An invoice can be provided for the guest personal insurance.
All modifications (change of dates, shorten stay, etc.) must be sent by e-mail or fax. Only the date of receipt by LA MOURRA 5* is valid.

Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “very high season” weeks)
Modification is no longer possible. The amount of the stay as specified in the booking confirmation will be due in full. In case of prepayment, the full amount is kept and cannot be reimbursed or postponed on another stay.
In case of a no-show, the booking is automatically cancelled. The full amount of the stay initially booked is charged. The full prepayment is kept and is non-refundable or cannot be postponed for another stay.
Any stay, once started, must be paid in full.
In case of early departure, the amount of the stay as specified in the booking confirmation will be due in full.
The full prepayment is kept and cannot be reimbursed or postponed on another stay.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are ready from 3 pm on arrival day and must be released by 12 noon on departure day.
An early or late check-in should be mentioned before arrival.
A late check-out, on previous request and depending on availability, may result additional charges.
The hotel promises to do its best to respect all the guests’ preferences, but cannot guarantee under any circumstances, a particular room number, floor or decoration style.
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. We request our guests to smoke only outside on the balconies; pocket ashtrays are available in the rooms. If cigarette smell and/or damages due to tobacco consumption are detected in the rooms, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the cost of the cleaning service.
PARTICULAR SALES CONDITIONS SPECIAL « COVID-19 »
In the following cases, we set up flexible cancellation policy up to 14 days prior to arrival:
French borders closing or borders of the originating country of the client
French Government instruction implementing closing of the ski lifts, the ski resort and/or the hotel
In the following specific cases, we set up flexible cancellation policy up to 24 hours prior to arrival:
• One of the future guest is tested positive to Covid-19 within 7 days prior to arrival day (medical certificate required)
The client has the choice between:
Get a refund of the amount paid, deducted from 300€ management fee per booking
Postpone the full amount paid for a future stay in one of our two properties, summer or winter season, before 01/05/2024 (no management fee apply)
Supplementary visitor’s tax: 3.30 € per person from 18, per night.
Animals are accepted in the room with a supplement of 30 € per night, per animal (does not include meals). They are forbidden in our Spa and both restaurants.
The parking is on supplement: 30 € per vehicle and per night (indoor garage, direct access from the hotel).
Breakfast is served buffet-style in our restaurant, or in the room with supplement.
We do not offer the half board package. Therefore, should your guests wish to have dinner in one of our restaurants, we highly recommend that you reserve a table well in advance (subject to availability).
At lunch, the hotel bar provides a light selection (hot and cold) and in the afternoon, a large choice of pastries. For dinner, a Japanese-influenced & fusion cuisine is served for a marvellous and friendly dinner.
In addition, a room service menu is available 24/7.

Free entrance to our Wellness Centre: heated indoor swimming pool 17 meters long, sauna, steam room and relaxation room.
Our physiotherapists and osteopath provide a wide range of massages, on request and on supplement.
Spa “By Clarins”: our beauticians propose our clients a full range of “Clarins” personalized massages and treatments, on request and on supplement.
