Sales terms and conditions - LA MOURRA HOTEL VILLAGE

HOTEL
GENERAL GUEST OBLIGATION
The customer agrees to use all the facilities of the hotel with due precaution and discernment in accordance with the present conditions of sale. The guest cannot accommodate other people than those provided at time of reservation, without the express consent of the hotel management.

BOOKING
CONFIRMATION OF OPTION
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit will be required as follows:
During the « High Season » weeks (from 21/12/18 to 06/01/19 inclusive and from 15/02/19 to 09/03/19 inclusive)
50 % of the total amount for all stay of more than 2 nights
100% of the total amount for all 1-night stay
For the rest of the season
30 % of the total amount for all stay of more than 3 nights
50 % of the total amount for all 2-night stay
100% of the total amount for all 1-night stay
The deposit will be deducted from the bill at the end of the stay.

CANCELLATION
It is reminded to the client, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, it does not have the right of withdrawal as provided in Article L. 121-20 of the Code of consumption, since the services are provided on a date or at specified intervals.
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail or fax. Only the date of receipt by LE BLIZZARD 5* is valid.
At least 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “high season” weeks), the full deposit is reimbursed with a deduction of 50 € per room for management fee.
Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “high season” weeks), the deposit is kept in full (not refundable), whatever the reason for the cancellation. No other fees will be applied. An invoice can be provided for the guest personal insurance.

MODIFICATION
All modification (change of dates, shorten stay, etc.) must be sent by e-mail or fax. Only the date of receipt by LE BLIZZARD 5* is valid.
At least 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “high season” weeks), a fixed price of 50 € per room is charged for management fee.
Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “high season” weeks), modification is no longer possible. The amount of the stay as specified in the booking confirmation will be due in full.

NO-SHOW
In case of a no-show, the booking is automatically cancelled. The full amount of the reservation initially booked will not be due but the deposit paid is kept. The deposit is non refundable or cannot be postponed for another stay.

EARLY DEPARTURE
Any stay, once started, must be paid in full.
In case of early departure, the amount of the stay as specified in the booking confirmation will be due in full.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are ready at 3 pm on your arrival day, and must be released by 12 noon on your departure day.
An early or late check-in should be mentioned before arrival.
A late check-out after 12 noon, on previous request and depending on availability, may result additional charges.

NON-SMOKING
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. We request our guest to smoke only outside on the balcony; a pocket ashtray is available in the room. If smells of cigarettes and/or damages due to tobacco consumption are inflicted in the room, the hotel may reserve the right to invoice the cost of the cleaning service.

RESTAURANT
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served buffet-style in our restaurant, or in the room with supplement.
If our guests wish to have dinner in one of our restaurants, we highly recommend that they book a table in advance (subject to availability).

FOOD SERVICE
At lunch, the hotel bar provides a light selection (hot and cold), a child menu and in the afternoon, a large choice of pastries.
For dinner, a Japanese influenced cuisine is served for a marvelous and friendly dinner.
In addition, a room service menu is available 24h/24.

WELLNESS SPA
Free entrance to our Wellness Centre: heated indoor swimming pool 17 meters long, sauna, steam room and relaxation room.
Our physiotherapists and osteopath provide a wide range of massages, on request and on supplement.
Spa “My Blend By Clarins”: our beauticians propose our clients a full range of “Clarins” personalized massages and treatments, on request and on supplement.

OTHER INFORMATION
Animals are accepted in the room with a supplement of 30 € per day, per animal (does not include meals). They are forbidden in our Spa and the restaurant.
We do not have any extra bed.
Baby cot (up to 3 years old) can be added for free in all our rooms.
The parking is on supplement: 22 € per vehicles and per day (indoor garage, directly accessible from the Hotel)

CHALETS
GENERAL GUEST OBLIGATION

CONFIRMATION OF OPTION

50 % of the total amount of the stay as a deposit
Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
During the rest of the season
30 % of the total amount of the stay as a deposit
Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival
If the balance is not received by the due date, LA MOURRA 5* reserves the right to cancel the booking; the deposit will not be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be sent in writing. The date of receipt by LA MOURRA alone is valid.
At least 60 days before arrival (90 days during the “high season” weeks), the deposit is reimbursed with a deduction of 300 € per chalet for administrative fee.
Between 59 and 46 days before arrival (89 days and 61 days during the “high season” weeks), the deposit is kept in full (not refundable), whatever the reason for the cancellation. No other fees will be applied. An invoice can be provided for the guest personal insurance.
Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during the “high season” weeks), 100% of the total amount of the stay is due. If we have already received it, the full prepayment is kept and cannot be refundable nor postponed on another stay. An invoice can be provided for the guest personal insurance.

Less than 45 days before arrival (60 days during “high season” weeks), modification is no longer possible, 100% of the total amount of the stay is due. If we have already received it, the full prepayment is kept and cannot be refundable nor postponed on another stay. An invoice can be provided for the guest personal insurance.

NO-SHOW
In case of a no-show, the booking is automatically cancelled. The full prepayment is kept and cannot be postponed for another stay.

RESTAURANT
With direct access from the chalets.
At lunch, the hotel bar provides a light selection (hot and cold), a child menu and in the afternoon, a large choice of pastries.
For dinner, a Japanese influenced cuisine is served for a marvelous and friendly dinner.
In addition, a room service menu is available 24h/24.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the chalet.
For dinner, a French cooking Chef is at disposal. A private menu with large and varied choices (more than 40) is offered and each evening the guests can select, for the whole chalet: 1 or 2 starters, 1 or 2 main courses, 1 or 2 desserts. This selection must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to the chalet butler.
It is possible to have dinner in our restaurant « La Mourra » (direct access from the chalet) or in our restaurant «Le Blizzard » (located in our sister hotel Le Blizzard), on previous reservation and depending on availability. The guests select their meals within each restaurant menu for an amount of 50 € maximum per person. Beyond this amount, it will be charged on extra. Drinks are on supplement.

WELLNESS SPA
Each chalet is equipped with a private wellness center: indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation massage.
The massages and treatments are on request and on supplement.

    Built as a mountain hamlet, the Hotel Village La Mourra offers chic 5 star luxury in the form of a unique hotel, chalet and spa complex. La Mourra occupies a privileged peaceful position at the entrance to the old village of Val d'Isère, a short walk from both the resort centre and the ski slopes.

    The accommodation at La Mourra is comprised of 4 luxury self-contained chalets and the hotel, which offers a selection of junior and 2 bedroom suites. These suites are cosy alpine style cocoons complete with reclaimed wood, warm fabrics and subdued lighting, including all modern facilities such as Apple TVs, WiFi, a free minibar, safe and hairdryer.

    The beautiful wood panelled restaurant at La Mourra serves up a delicious buffet breakfast, consisting of a large range of handmade products, light lunches, delicious afternoon pastries and Japanese-influenced cuisine in the evening, in an intimate, friendly atmosphere. The bar is also a great place to sit back and enjoy aperitif time.

    La Mourra is home to the sumptuous My Blend Spa by Clarins, which offers a whole range of treatments to whisk you away into a new world of relaxation. The wellness facilities also include an indoor pool with counter current, steam room and sauna as well as the opportunity to spend time with a yoga teacher or personal trainer.

    Val d'Isere Ski Resort has one of the best snow records around, making it a safe bet throughout the entire season, right up to the end of April!

    The ski area is vast as it connects to Tignes with easy access and suitable for all level of ability. Families are made very welcome here, supported by the Famille Plus label by the French government.

Ski & Equipment Hire

The last thing you want to do at the start of your holiday is queue up in a crowded ski hire shop. We understand this and that is why we offer to pre-book all your equipment so that it is ready and waiting for you. You can either collect it from the shop yourself or some shops even offer a chalet fitting service, where all the equipment will be brought around to the chalet, thus avoiding the ski hire shop completely. Ski School

Ski school can be a real hassle to organise so let us do all the hard work for you. We have built relationships with the top ski schools in most ski resorts and we can book lessons for all ability levels, both private and group lessons. For Christmas, New Year, Russian New Year and February Half Term, we strongly advise pre-booking your lessons as soon as possible as the group lesson and private lesson slots get booked up very quickly. Transfers

Tourist Tax

Is not included and, on chalet bookings, will be added to your confirmation invoice. Local Tourist Tax for Hotels & Apartments is payable directly to the supplier in resort.

Damage/Security Deposits

Each chalet booking requires a deposit of between £250 & £500 which is held as security against any damages, breakages or monies owing to Powder White. Details of this will be shown on your Confirmation Invoice and further information can be found in our Terms section. Apartment Residences vary so please enquire at time of booking.
