For cancellations of any confirmed bookings, the following cancellation fees will be applied:
- Cancellation from 45 to 30 days before arrival: 10%
- Cancellation from 29 to 21 days before arrival: 30%
- Cancellation from 20 to 14 days before arrival: 50%
- Cancellation from 13 to 3 days before arrival: 75%
- After the above terms: 100%
No cancellation fees will be applied in cases of force majeure and about COVID 19 in the following cases:
- possible lockdown of the country of origin or destination, closure of the borders, official advice of the
government of the passenger country of origin to go to the destination.
In the case of reservation with a deposit already paid, it will be refunded. It is reiterated that all cases of force majeure must be certifiable and verifiable.
Any cancellation of booking caused by airlines (e.g. cancellation of the route), if not determined by provisions of the Governments, doesn’t represent an impediment to departure and therefore will be applied the normal penalties as per above cancellation conditions.
A deposit of 20% on the total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking; or 100% if booked within 21 days of departure.
Balance for individual bookings is due 21 days before the arrival of the customers;
Any missed payments within the agreed terms will entail the immediate cancellation of the reservation where
the balance was not paid, and the subsequent application of the cancellation fees.
Any complaints from clients will be taken into consideration if the supplier is informed in the same moment it happens, without delay, in order to allow them to take remedy directly or through hotel staff.
Customer complaints after check out, must be notified in written by email or registered mail with return receipt at the last within 10 days after the departure of the customers, or in any case according to EU and Italian Law on the subject.
Covered parking with 100 spaces - 15€ per day, to be requested when booking.
Pets Allowed - Small size up to 10 kg, ask for availability when booking because places are limited. Supplement of 90€ per day for sanitizing the rooms.
Room Rules - The rooms will be delivered starting from 3 pm on the day of arrival and returned by 10 am on the day of departure.
