Please check for travel restrictions before booking and travelling to an accommodation. Travel may be permitted only for certain purposes and in particular, touristic travel may not be allowed. We are not responsible for the content of the public (government) websites. Government responses continue to evolve, so please check back often for updates and rely on your national and local government for the most current information.
Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they are legally binding and constitute the Terms and Conditions of your agreement with The Accommodation Supplier
We, Us, Our: The Accommodation Supplier
You, Your: the person who is making the Booking, (the Group Leader) including any person or persons on whose behalf a Booking is made.
Terms: words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and the masculine shall include the feminine where the context so admits. All paragraph headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or construction of these terms.
2. What we Do
Our job is to provide catered, semi-catered and self-catered chalet accommodation, sometimes termed lodging and to arrange any subsequent concierge services and amenities via third party suppliers as agreed by You and Us.
3. The Booking
These Booking Conditions contain all the provisions of your Booking with Us. They apply equally to You, the Group Leader, as to all guests staying in the Property and visitors You invite to the Property.
Your Booking concerns a lodging in a furnished property with services to be delivered by Us and such other Third Party supplier(s) as may be requested.
All bookings are governed by an agreed check-in time to the property on the day of arrival. Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated where possible and must be agreed in writing prior to arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, if You do not comply with the check-out time, we reserve the right to withhold your Security Deposit and charge an amount to it equal to our additional expenses incurred.
4. Deposits and Confirmation
Any Booking will be valid and confirmed only upon receipt of:
(i) a Provisional Booking email from Us with sufficient detail to complete
the Booking which evidences that You are over 18 years of age and a
resident at the chalet during the rental and confirmation that You have
adequate Travel Insurance (see also Clause 6.);
(ii) payment of a Deposit or Full Payment;
If the Booking is made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival, the Deposit payment of 40% of the Booking Price.
If the Booking is made on or less than 12 weeks prior to arrival, payment of 100% of the Booking Price.
We reserve the right to cancel a Booking until such time that the above Conditions are met.
Receipt by Us of the Deposit or Full Payment confirms the Booking and You hereby agree to these booking Conditions which are legally binding.
5. Balance Payment
Full Payment of the balance is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival. If the Full Payment is not received at this point, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking and levy Cancellation Charges as detailed in Clause 8. below.
When due, Deposit and Full Payments can be made by: (a) Bank Transfer, (b) Visa/Mastercard, (c) Debit Card. Details will accompany your Provisional Booking confirmation. There is no surcharge for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit Card payments.
Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax)
As per Swiss legislation, a tourist bed-night tax is levied, per person, per overnight stay for all stays within Switzerland. The costs are as follows;
– Adults: 4 CHF per night
– Children: 2 CHF per night (6 – 16 years)
– Infant: No cost (under the age of 5 years)
We collect all Tourist Tax payments, in advance from our guests, along with final invoice payment (10 weeks prior to travel date). The Accommodation Supplier is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ” The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018” all passengers booking with The Accommodation Supplier are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of The Accommodation Supplier This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.
In the unlikely event of Insolvency, you must Inform Towergate Travel immediately on +44 (0) 1932 334140 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please ensure you retain the booking confirmation as evidence of cover and value.
Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid for Travel Insurance or any claim relating to Air Flights. If you have booked flights as part of your travel, you should ensure that the company with which you booked the flights has the appropriate CAA/ATOL bonds in place.
It is a Condition of your Booking that You obtain suitable Travel Insurance from a reputable provider which must at least include the following;
– Emergency Medical Expenses including, amongst other costs; mountain rescue, ambulance charges and repatriation;
– Cancellation of Your trip or Curtailment cutting short Your trip for any reason including Force Majeure, where such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, adverse weather, contagious disease, governmental action, government travel restrictions due to health reasons and similar events beyond Our control.
– Personal Liability to include, amongst other liabilities; damage caused by Your negligence and your Group’s negligence to the Property in which You are staying and may not include a clause which restricts actions being taken by a travelling companion other than family and must include contractual liability of the Group Leader for the actions of his/her party;
– Travel and transfer delays which must include amongst other costs, additional costs incurred in the event of a delay;
– Mountain Rescue must be included in the policy and in particular for off-piste skiing with or without a guide as it is possible to ski off-piste inadvertently. It must also not exclude any other activities you are likely to do during your holiday;
– The policy must cover the period from the date of booking to the last day of your trip and must not have a clause allowing the Insurer to cancel except in exceptional circumstances e.g. fraud and misrepresentation.
In the event that you fail to obtain suitable Travel Insurance, We shall not be liable for any costs incurred or claims made against Us due to Your failure to comply with this Condition. We cannot give any advice on Insurance. 7. Security Deposit
In the case of all catered, self-catered and accommodation only bookings, You will be asked to pay a Security Deposit to cover any damage caused to the Property. You will be liable for any breakages, damage, or deterioration to the Property, adjacent properties or Our property during your stay caused by You or any member of the Group, Your employees, or Your visitors to the Property. These costs will be deducted from the Security Deposit. If the damages are greater than that of the Security Deposit, You will be responsible for these costs. We recommend that you ensure that your Insurance Policy covers Accidental Damage to the Property and its Contents, plus any The Accommodation Supplier equipment and belongings such as the vans. All additional costs will be charged at cost price plus TVA unless otherwise agreed.
The Security Deposit will be 25% of the total price paid. This amount will be authorised prior to arrival and cancelled up to 1 week after your stay.
Please note that (unless a “self-catered” reservation), We operate a catered ski chalet service. As such, You do not have the right to use / operate any of the kitchen appliances (except tea / coffee facilities). You are not permitted to use the oven and/or hob at any time.
We reserve the right to use the Security Deposit to pay for any unpaid invoices upon departure from the Property.
8. Alterations and Cancellation by You
You can make Alterations and Cancellations at any time but only in writing signed by You, the person who originally made the Booking. You will have to meet all the out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Us in effecting this Alteration or Cancellation.
In any case in the event of Cancellation:
– prior to 12 weeks before departure, 100% of the Deposit shall be
– on or within 12 weeks of departure, 100% of the Full Booking Cost shall be forfeited.
We will not pay any refunds in respect of unused portions of unused accommodation.
We shall make every attempt to meet your Alteration request but cannot guarantee compliance with such requests. Modifications to Your Booking are only valid if they are made in writing and if they are signed by You and Us, or when we have inputted amendments into our Booking Reservation System (Chalet Manager).
We require that You and your Group take out suitable Travel Insurance for the duration of your stay, including Cancellation Insurance to limit your Cancellation Risk.
9. Alterations and Cancellation by Us
We shall use all reasonable endeavours to assist You in finding another Property or another Booking period to substitute a Cancelled Booking.
In the unlikely event or if We are forced to Alter or Cancel a Booking then we shall offer You:
(i) an alternative Booking if available, or if not then;
(ii) a full refund of sums paid by you in respect of the price of the whole Booking providing
Cancellation has taken place prior to the departure.
If the Cancellation or Alteration is due to factors beyond our control, or for any reason including Force Majeure, where such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, adverse weather, contagious disease, governmental action, government travel restrictions due to health reasons and similar, including the FCO advising against travel, or if the changes are not substantial, We are not liable for any Refund and will not pay compensation.
10. COVID Terms & Conditions
Once the final balance is paid , we will guarantee a 65% Cash Refund PLUS 35% Re-Booking Credit* towards another chalet-week (subject to availability) in the event of Cancellation due to;
1. An FCO Travel Ban and/or the closure of the Swiss borders, due to
2. An official Press Release from the resort lift pass office, stating that the Resort will not be open during your dates of travel due to Covid-19 related reasons.
All 100% Refunds and Re-Booking guarantees are subject to our Booking Conditions, in that adequate Travel Insurance is a Condition Precedent to booking with The Accommodation Supplier.
*This refund/credit offer is for new bookings only, made after 01-July-2020, and does not apply to 2019-2020 forward bookings where a credit has been offered. 35% credit is valid up until April-2022
11. Special Requests
If You have any Special Request for ancillary services, You must inform Us at the time of Booking and clearly note it on your Booking on our Reservation System (Chalet Manager). We shall use all reasonable endeavour to arrange such requests. We cannot guarantee the execution of every request and shall not be liable for the non-execution of Special Requests.
12. Ancillary Services
We may subsequently to your Booking arrange Services from third party suppliers; including ski instruction, ski passes, airport transfers, childcare, babysitting and any other third party services. Any booking We arrange for you with a third party will be subject to that party’s terms and conditions of business. You will be liable to pay the costs of any third party service, unless already pre-paid to Us. All costs must be settled prior to the end of your booking. We will not be responsible for any outstanding costs due to the supplier and We reserve the right to deduct any owed costs from the Security Deposit plus the cost of any taxes and credit card fees due.
We do endeavour to ensure that all of our partners provide their services to the highest possible standards.
13. Use of Property
You shall use the Property only for the purpose for which it has been rented to you (personal lodging). It is forbidden to use the premises for any kind of commercial use during the rental (photo shoots, seminars, large parties etc.) unless expressly agreed in writing by Us or the Owner. You shall not sublet the Property in any circumstance whatsoever.
14. Your Responsibilities
You will indemnify us for all losses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of any member of your Group. You will ensure that you have in your possession all necessary valid travel documents. In making a Booking You agree to abide by the regulations and restrictions imposed on Us, as they might apply during your Booking and to accept their jurisdiction. We cannot be responsible if You are ejected from or refused entry to pre-booked accommodation due to infringements of regulations, offensive or illegal behaviour or the contraction of an infectious or contagious disease or illness.
We would also reserve the right to cancel forthwith our Booking with You without any reimbursement in your favour in the event of you displaying unacceptable or illegal behaviour.
You accept that You ski or enjoy other activities at your own risk within the restrictions imposed by the resort or other authorities. We do not have any responsibility for your actions or those restrictions.
Your Booking for the rental of the Property is with the Owner and for the delivery of services with Us as an Agent of the Owner, our own staff and as an Agent for independent service providers. To the extent that We are only an Agent, We shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by you. The Owner and The Accommodation Supplier, to the extent that we are providing services to you with our own staff, and any independent service providers will not be liable towards You or your Group for:
(i) events that are not directly caused by their or our negligence;
(ii) losses incurred due to your negligence or that of one your Group (e.g. not keeping valuables in the safe, not switching on the alarm, failure to comply with security measures recommended etc);
(iii) accidents or injuries caused by You or one of your Group’s negligence or lack of caution.
You will indemnify Us/the Owner for all losses and/or damage arising from any act or default on your part or the part of any member of your Group.
You accept that You ski and enjoy other winter sports at your own risk within the restrictions imposed by the resort or other authorities. We are not responsible for your actions and these restrictions. It is the responsibility of You and your Group to judge the suitability of the terrain you ski. If you or any member of your Group ski on terrain on the recommendation of or accompanied by a representative of Us, we will not be liable for any injuries, howsoever caused.
16. Rules and Safety Precautions
Safety : The Properties are private homes and not hotels. There are no legal notices for precaution as you may find in hotels. We and the Owner will not be liable for any accidents/injuries to You or your Group while staying at the Property.
The Property may contain a list of Rules and Security Precautions concerning the use of the Property or its facilities. Please read these Rules and Safety Precautions carefully if they are provided since they are an integral part of this Booking. You and your Group shall strictly adhere to these Rules and Safety Precautions.
Children : We will endeavour to inform You of the suitability of the Property for children. However, please note that the Property may not have the same levels of safety measures that you may have in your home and the supervision of your children is your sole responsibility. In addition, our staff will not be held responsible for any children left unattended within the Property.
You must occupy the Property conscientiously and avoid any carelessness or negligence. In particular, You must not leave the Property unlocked without supervision to avoid any intrusion. In general, You must use the Property and the furnishing therein as they should normally be used.
If there is an alarm in the Property, please ensure that it is switched on whenever You leave the Property. Please note that the failure to do so could determine whether or not the Property’s insurance will cover any losses in case of burglary.
Animals are allowed in some, but not all Properties. Please contact Us to discuss your requirements
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Properties. We and the Owner reserve the right to remove any Group breaking this Condition from the Property without refund. In the event that smoking has occurred within the Property, an additional cleaning charge of CHF 500 will be payable to Us immediately.
20. Property Finding and Selling
From time to time we are asked by Owners and Guests to find buyers or sellers on their behalves. If The Accommodation Supplier Limited successfully finds a buyer or a seller it will be entitled to charge a fee commensurate with market prices.
21. Complaints and Problems
We shall make every effort to ensure that you have a trouble-free stay at the Property. We shall do our best to resolve any problems as soon as reasonably possible once we have been informed of such. If You have reason to be dissatisfied with the Property or the service of a supplier, please contact Us and the relevant services supplier during your stay. 22. Our Insurance
We are responsible for any injury or death, damage or loss of property if proven to be as a result of our direct negligence but not for any other accident, injury, or death, loss or damage that might occur.
23. Marketing and Brochures
We take every effort to see that the information contained in what we publish is accurate but all the information given is based on our best knowledge at the time that we incorporate it into our Booking documentation. If you would like us to check a particular point, please request it in writing. We will always try to give accurate information and quotations to enquiries on the telephone or by email but we can only accept responsibility for information confirmed by us in writing and signed by a duly authorized member of our staff.
24. Data Protection
To help us to process and fulfil your booking we need to use the information you provide (such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc). We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information and are in accordance with local law. We must pass the information to the relevant suppliers of your arrangements such as Ski Schools, car hire companies, etc. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. The information will not be sold to third parties. You have the right to access the personal data we hold for you, in order to do so please contact us. We may use this information to contact you with details of other products and services offered by The Accommodation Supplier. The terms of this Booking are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties. We will respect the confidentiality of occupants and visitors to the chalet. For any special circumstances involving sensitive identities, you should make this explicit at the time of Booking.
26. Entire Agreement
The Booking, the list of Rules and Safety precautions of the Property and all applicable laws, constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Owner for the short-term rental of the Property and between You, Us, the Owner and any independent service providers for the services.
We reserve the right to alter these Booking Conditions from time to time and will notify You of any changes as soon as reasonably possible. The amended terms and conditions will apply to any booking that commences after the date of such notification.
These Conditions and any Booking to which they apply are governed by English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claim or dispute arising out of or connected with them or any such contract. None of our employees has any power to vary the conditions contained herein.

Located just off the Savoleyres lift station, this beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse is a perfect alpine retreat. Although an apartment, the generous living space on offers makes it feel more like a chalet.
The top floor features an entrance hall leading to an open plan living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area. A large south facing balcony is accessed through the living room and offers spectacular views over Verbier and south over the valley. A guest toilet and a ski locker is also located on top level.
A wooden staircase leads to the lower floor where 3 bedrooms are located, 2 doubles ad 1 twin. The master double bedroom benefits from having an en-suite. Furthermore a shower room, a sauna and storage space is located on this floor.
The chalet enjoys a private driver service, daily from 07:oo-11:00 and 15:00-19:45.
This apartment has a great layout and is perfect for a family or group of friends. The kitchen is open plan, close to the dining area, which leads straight out on to the full-length balcony. Here, you can enjoy some of the finest panoramic views across Verbier and beyond.
The well-appointed guestrooms are all located downstairs. Here you’ll find a master double bedroom, an additional double bedroom and twin room. The double and twin share a shower room with walk-in wet room. At the back of the apartment is a sauna, perfect for relaxing in after a hard day on the slopes.
The Chalet is located in a peaceful part of Verbier, only 50m to La Savoleyres lift hub. Please note that there are approx 100 outside steps leading up to the property from the garage… good mountain shoes are needed. There is no direct road access.

Verbier is the most famous resort in the extensive 4 Valleys ski area for good reason, with its sun-drenched slopes, superb off-piste, and modern lift system, it can claim to be one of the leading Swiss ski resorts, albeit not ideal for beginners.
The apres-ski and nightlife are one of Verbier's great draws and amongst numerous bars and restaurants, you should try favourites such as Farinet, Pub Montfort, Casbah and of course the infamous Farm Club.
